Child Care Policy:
At Salt and Light Hair Co., we try to provide a relaxing environment for all guests in the salon.
We ask that you make child care arrangements and not bring your children with you to your appointment. All children are subject to elements of danger in a salon environment (sharp scissors, hot irons/tools, chemicals, etc.) - please understand that this is for the safety of everyone. Thank you.
Refund/Redo Policy:
All service sales are final. Our thorough consultation process prior to your service allow plenty of time to communicate your desires and expectations to ensure a favorable service outcome.
Should your outcome not match your expectations, we are happy to make minor adjustments that align with the original consultation within 7 days of the original service with the stylist who performed the service. Adjustments that alter the original plan or are made more than 7 days after the initial appointment will require full payment.
Cancellation Policy:
Please understand that appointment times are limited. A card is required to be on file before any appointments can be made. We understand that your time is valuable, and ours is too. We book our schedules to provide you with the best experience possible.
If you must cancel or reschedule we require 48 hour notice.
Cancellations made within a 24 hour notice will be subject to a fee of half the scheduled service amount, with exception of sickness or emergencies. No-call no-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
